When I first came, I had just had my son and was getting used to being a mom. I didn’t have a high school diploma… I started in the recycling center. My supervisor was a great mentor to me and made me want to move up in the program. I got promoted to crew leader, then yellow hat, then active supervisor, then – in 2017 – supervisor!
